These features, along with others not herein detailed, are key factors in making AGUAPURO systems more efficient, more reliable, longer lasting, and less costly to own than most competing systems. A system made by AGUAPURO may have a higher price than that of a competitor, but the true cost of owning a system must take into account with the life expectancy of the entire system and its key components, the frequency of repairs, the cost of repairs and downtime, the cost of labor, and the energy consumption of the system, the Consumables required and Spares to be maintained. When these factors are honestly considered, AGUAPURO systems consistently cost far less to own than others. These features are normally quoted on equipment recommended by AGUAPURO. When pricing objections are faced, AGUAPURO may delete some or all of these special features to meet a customer’s budget. However, we urge each customer to make informed choices on these features, as each one adds to the system price, but significantly reduces the true overall cost.

Better filtrate quality at higher flow rates and lower cost The AGUAPURO Multigrade Filter is a depth filter that makes use of coarse and fine media mixed together in a fixed proportion. This arrangement produces a filter bed with adequate pore dimensions for retaining both large and small suspended particles.

The process of removing divalent cat ions, usually calcium or magnesium, from water. When a sample of water contains more than 120 mg of these ions per liter, expressed in terms of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), it is generally classified as a hard water.

For Demineralization, we offer you Two Bed DM Plant. The unit consists of Cat ion and Anion column filled with resins. Depending upon the resin quantity the unit produces an output per regeneration. Five Stages of Reverse Osmosis Procedure
STAGE I: SEDIMENT FILTER
The 10 micron polypropylene sediment pre-filter to remove suspended materials as sediment, dirt, dust, rust and other suspended impurities down to 10 micron from the water.
STAGE II: ACTIVATED CARBON GRANULE FILTER:
Removes free chlorine and other organic substances, unpleasant colour, tastes & odours from the water and improve quality.
STAGE III: ACTIVATED CARBON BLOCK FILTER:
Removes any additional chlorine and organic substances from the water without release of carbon fines. The carbon block prepare water to enter the RO membrane.
STAGE IV: RO MEMBRANE (0.0001 MICRON):
High rejection (95-99%) thin film composite R.O. Membrane to reject wide spectrum of impurities including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), bacteria and viruses down to 0.0001 micron.
STAGE V: POLISHING RESIN CARBON FILTER:
Bacteriostatic resin carbon filter dissolved gases bad taste and odour to ensure fresh and natural tasting crystal clean water.

UV Systems is a pressure driven membrane separation process that separates particulate matter from soluble components in the carrier fluid (such as water). UV Systems has larger pores than nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. UV Systems is a low-pressure membrane process used to separate high molecular weight compounds from a feed stream. Typically, UV Systems will remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, organic and inorganic polymeric molecules Low molecular-weight organics and ions such as sodium, calcium, magnesium chloride, and sulfate are not removed. Because only high-molecular weight species are removed, the osmotic pressure differential across the membrane surface is negligible. |
