Aerobic Treatment: The effluent then enters the bio-zone, which combined fixed film reactor as forced aeration system using diffusers and blower. The fixed film reactor provides a solid surface area for micro-organisms to attach themselves; these then feed on the organic mater present in the effluent. Sludge recirculation is provided to optimize the efficiency of the system.

Final Settlement: The treated water effluent enters the final settling zone for settling finer particles.

 

Chlorination: Chlorinated water is taken to the Storage tank for further use directly or through territory treatment system. Our PSTP models are available for flow rates above 100 m3/day.

SAFF /MBBR Media

• SAFF / MBBR treatment is based on aerobic attached growth process and used in the secondary treatment of effluent/sewage treatment plant.
• The equipment consists of specially designed synthetic media or Bio Wheel Media, which facilitates attached fixed film growth of micro-organisms.
• The media is supported by channels or Frre Moving
• Diffusers are provided for efficient oxygen transfer.

MBBR (Moving Bed Bioreactor)

• Thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment process.
• Every biofilm carrier adds productivity via the provision of an active surface area sustaining bacteria within protected cells.
•  It is this high-density population of bacteria that achieves high-rate biodegradation productivity within the system.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Units Required:

MBR (Membrane bioreactor):

• Results in high efficiency in removal of bod, cod, suspended and dissolved solids. Meets all effluent standards.
• Tertiary treatment doesn’t required as membrane system is used.
• Membrane filtration process produces an effluent which have low suspended solids concentration and turbidity units.
